PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent winding disorder of welding wires due to vibration when welding wires stackedly stored in a pail container are moved and transported as a first purpose, and to improve productivity of welding wires and reduce cost as a second purpose. SOLUTION: For this filler for twisted welding wires stackedly stored in a loop shape between an outer cylindrical body constituting a pail container and an inner cylindrical body fixed at the bottom part of the pail container, a pressing plate is mounted on upper parts of the welding wires and a plurality of corrugated board cushion materials which are in contact with the pressing plate and held between the outer cylindrical body and the inner cylindrical body by elastic force of the corrugated board cushion materials themselves are provided.
