PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a box equipped with an incorporated type wedge means, which can be automatically produced using an inexpensive manufacturing tool, wherein the dimension of a flat blank can be suppressed to be small, and which can be folded into a flat state. SOLUTION: This packaging box is formed of a pre-cut flat blank which defines four surfaces being bonded along folding lines in the longitudinal direction, being substantially parallel, and comprises a single sheet. After being folded, a sleeve of which the end section can be closed is formed of two end surface wall panels. The packaging box houses at least one article such as a tube of a make-up product, and is made of a paperboard or a similar material. In such a packaging box, a wedge means to wedge at least one article is provided in the box. In this case, the wedge means is constituted in such a manner that the wedge means comprises a section of the flat blank which extends in a manner to substantially continue to a first surface, and may partially define at least one housing in order to house the abovementioned article when the box is built up. The housing has a cross section which gradually changes extending at least to one section of the height in the axial direction. |
