PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve waterproof property of a washer for sheet execution of a waterproofing work. SOLUTION: A drawing of a dish part 3 is carried out on a high density polyethylene sheet by means of a press die, and the drawn dish part is blanked thereby forming the washer 2. A center of an upper surface of the dish part 3 is formed to be plane, and the plane part 3a has a diameter equal to or larger than an inner diameter of a nose of a box nailing machine. Even when a position in which a nail penetrates at the time of nailing from a position above the washer 2 by the box nailing machine is deviated from a center of the washer, the nail perpendicularly penetrates to the plane part of the washer. Accordingly, a gap is not generated between a through hole and a shaft of the nail, thereby preventing entering of rain from the gap of the through hole.
