PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove a fitting member while maintaining the lock of a clip main body at a depth of an opening of a member to be fitted in the lock release condition when removing the fitting member such as an air conditioning register from the member to be fitted such as an inner panel. SOLUTION: In a clip for fitting the predetermined fitting member (a resistor 30) to an opening 25 of a member (an instrument panel 21) to be fitted, which is assembled in a car body, freely to be removed, a clip main body 41 is provided with an engaging part 50 and a lock part 54. The engaging part 50 is formed so as to engaged with a depth part 26 of the opening 25 and held in the condition that a fitting member is fitted when fitting the fitting member to the opening part 25 of the member to be fitted. The lock part 54 is formed so as to be locked with the fitting member and so as to hold the engaging part 50 at an engagement releasing position when removing the engaging part 50 from the depth part 26 of the opening 25 so as to release the lock.
