PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a three-dimensional snack, which gives a food foamed raw material having an excellent texture and further gives various desired three-dimensional snacks from the food foamed raw material. SOLUTION: A food foaming raw material is plasticized using a food foaming device (S) comprising a cylinder barrel and a screw disposed in the cylinder barrel in a state capable of being driven in the rotation direction and in the axial direction. Thus, the plasticized raw material is injected and foamed in a mold space having a desired shape. Thereby, the three-dimensional snack having the shape of the mold is obtained. Steam generated on the foaming is discharged on the outside.
