PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyethylene-based resin crosslinked foam excellent in lightweight properties and flexibility, exhibiting excellent recovery of shape, and capable of suitably used especially as a cushioning material for interior automotive trim. SOLUTION: This polyethylene-based resin crosslinked foam comprises 100 pts.wt. of a polyethylene-based resin obtained by using a metallocene compound containing a tetravalent transition metal as a polymerization catalyst and 5-200 pts.wt. of a rubber-like material having a compression set of <=60%.
