PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition having an excellent thermal aging- preventing property. SOLUTION: This rubber composition characterized by comprising 100 pts.wt. of a rubber component comprising at least one rubber selected from the group consisting of natural rubber and synthetic rubbers and 0.05 to 20 pts.wt. of at least one compound selected from (A) compounds represented by the general formula (I) [A1 and A2 are each R, R-NH, R-X-NH, R-NH-NH or R-X-NH-NH, provided that A1 and A2 each may have the same structure or the different structure; R is a l to 18C alkyl, a cycloalkyl, an aryl, an alkylaryl, an alkenyl (the groups may have one or more sulfur atom, nitrogen atom and/or oxygen atom-containing substituents) or hydrogen atom; two R groups may be bound in the molecule to form a ring containing C=NH bond; X is C=S, C=0 or C=NH].
