PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device and a turbocharger reducing the amounts of air bubbles produced in an oil film damper, and causing lubricating oil to flow in a predetermined direction to thereby replace bubbled lubricating oil with new lubricating oil as necessary and thus produce a high damper effect. SOLUTION: The bearing device has radial bearings 2a and 2b for supporting a rotating shaft 1, a bearing bushing 3 having the bearings 2a and 2b provided on its inner peripheral surface, a housing 4, and lubricating oil supply ports 7a and 7b for supplying the lubricating oil into a gap 5 between the outer peripheral surface of the bearing bushing 3 and the inner peripheral surface of the housing 4. Outer peripheral grooves 9a and 9b are formed in the outer peripheral surface of the bearing bushing and in positions opposite to the supply ports 7a and 7b, and oil circulating ports 10a and 10b leading to the sliding surfaces of the bearings 2a and 2b are provided in the outer peripheral grooves 9a and 9b. Seals 12a and 12b for preventing the leaking of the lubricating oil are provided in the axial end positions of the supply ports 7a and 7b.
