PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening band capable of fastening circular members having various diameter, provided with a small fitting, capable of fastening without using a tool, and capable of refastening after loosening the band once. SOLUTION: This fastening band 1 is provided with a strip-like band member 2 to be wound around a circuit member, a fitting 6 having a bottom surface 6c to which one end 2a of the band member 2 is fixed and which is formed along the circular member, side plates 6b in both sides of the bottom surface 6c and a top surface 6a formed with a groove 6b at a central part thereof, and a lock lever 3 pivoted by the side plates 6b freely to be rocked and formed of a lock part 5 and a level part 4. The other end 2b of the band member 2 is inserted in a gap between the lock part 5 and the bottom surface 6c, and the level part 4 is made fall so as to hold the band member 2 between the lock part 5 and the bottom surface 6c.
