PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bath agent composition which has excellent skin care effects such as a good skin moisture-retaining effect, a good touch and the improvement of skin roughness, further has improved cloudiness and excellent stability, and is suitably and directly charged in bath liquid or the like and then used. SOLUTION: This bath agent composition contains safflower oil as a bathing agent component, or contains the safflower oil or/and rice germ oil and the extract of Acorus Calamus, and may further containing a surfactant and liquid paraffin.
