PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage treatment machine capable of taking out fermented products without spilling them. SOLUTION: In this garbage treatment machine in which contents remaining in a treatment tank is taken out by opening discharge port formed at the bottom part of the treatment tank by pulling out a discharge shutter for closing the discharge port, at the time of pulling out the discharge shutter, a scraper is pressurized so as to be abutted on the upper face of the discharge shutter so that the carriage of fermented products placed on the discharge shutter to the outside part of the treatment tank can be controlled.
