PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat reflector for an electric cooking tool, which prevents the heating of the grease exuding from cooked food, reduces the amount of generated fume and improves heat efficiency for cooked food. SOLUTION: The heat reflector is interposed between a cooking net and a grease receiving tray to reflect the heat from the heating source toward the cooking net. It is made of a corrugated plate which has a large number of concave grooves with peaks shaped like the letter R and at the bottoms of the concave grooves, there are provided a large number of grease removing holes in a longitudinal direction.
