PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the problem that a fishing rod is disturbing because a landing net has conventionally been operated to draw fish near under a condition where the fishing rod is held. SOLUTION: The landing net can be operated by both hands when the fishing rod is inserted in a fishing rod receiver fixed on a belt fastened around the waist.
