<p>PURPOSE:To surely manage the time limit of reply of a reply mail and the items of reply information by checking whether reply data is surely included in the reply mail or not on the system side at the time of transmitting the reply mail. CONSTITUTION:Data processing elements provided in terminal equipments 11 to 14 execute the program processing constituting an electronic mail system to start mail service processing parts 5 having the electronic mail store and forward switching function in respective terminal equipments. The processing part 5 is provided with a reply request management part 6 and a reply request register part 7. When an electronic mail is received on the reception side, the register part 7 registers reply request management information, which manages the reply request, based on control information of received reply request information. The management part 6 manages the time limit of reply request by reply request management information registered by the register part 7; and when the reply mail is transmitted, overs and shorts of item data of reply data items of the reply mail are managed based on control information of reply request information.</p> |
