Carrier mounts laser 11, electric motor 12 and rope angular travel transmitter 14. Bracket 16 is fastened on fixed split section 2. Light filter 17 and receiver 18 are installed on bracket. Electric motor 12 and angular travel transmitter 14 are connected with sun gear 9 by planetary gear train 13. Two bars 21 with photocells are mounted on receiver 18. Electric motor 12 is electrically coupled with each bar 21 through power amplifier 27, comparator 26 and voltage amplifier 25.
