PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative, effective evaluation method of an antifungal agent for nails where the organ specificity of the nails has been added, and a medical composition containing the antifungal agent for nail mycosis. SOLUTION: The method for evaluating an antifungal agent for nails and/or a medical composition for nail mycosis is provided, where the nail is arranged in contact with a flat-plate culture medium in that fungi has been vaccinated, a composition containing the antifungal agent is charged onto the non-contact surface of the nail without being leaked onto the flat-plate culture medium, and the nail being treated by a method for reproducing the fungi between the nail and the culture medium is scraped off as a thin piece, and is transplanted to the flat-plate culture medium for cultivation while the density of a germ to be grown is used as an index.
