PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive press contact type leakage detector with good workability in order to prevent the leakage disaster of a building. SOLUTION: This detector comprises a water-soluble material 2 solidified on the inside lower part of a spring clip 1. The integrated product of a current- carrying metal fitting 3, an insulator 10 and a covered wire 4 is mounted on the spring clip 1.
