PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure a sufficient exhaust amount for exhausting vapor in a bathroom, etc., as well as a sufficient circulation amount for drying a ceiling surface and wall surface, and to provide an air treatment such as purification, deodorization, and aromatization, etc., with a discharge air flow at a blow-out opening. SOLUTION: A fan unit comprises an exhaust fan casing provided on the lower side, a fan casing for air-supply flow or circulation flow which is so provided as to overlap above the exhaust fan casing, and a fan rotor provided inside both fan casings. The sucking side of the fan rotor communicates with the air-supply intake opening or sucking channel, and the discharge side of the exhaust fan casing communicates with an exhaust channel which leads to outdoor while the discharge side of fan casing for air-supply flow or circulation flow communicates with a blow-out opening. An air-supply flow or circulation flow blow-out channel is provided with an air treatment means for air- purification, deodorization, aromatization, or minus-ion application.
