PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving mechanism which has a simple constitution and is superior in impact resistance. SOLUTION: When external force such as an impact is applied to a photographic zoom lens barrel part 121 which is a member to be driven by a zoon motor 115, a planetary clutch mechanism having a sun gear 102, a planet gear 103 and a first arm 104 which constitute a part of the driving transmission mechanism releases coupling between the member to be driven (the photographic zoom lens barrel part 121) and the driving source (the zoom motor 115) according to the applied external force.
