PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-side swash plate compressor capable of displaying excellent durability and hardly generating abnormal sound while making use of an advantage of a thin part. SOLUTION: A thin part 19a to realize lightening is formed on a main body part 19c to slide and make contact with an inner peripheral surface of a cylinder bore 1a of a piston 19 on a one-side swash plate compressor. The piston 19 has openings 19d, 19e to communicate thin part 19a with the outside, and the minimum diameter of the openings 19d, 19e is not less than 3 mm.
