SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of sample for analysis, preparation of standard specimens, plotting calibration charts, measuring the concentration of elements being determined; sample is preliminarily centrifuged, sediment is placed in separating funnel with clean liquid being and after sedimentation of particles, volumes of liquids of narrow class of particles are taken and analyzed according to calibration chart corresponding to known size of particles; concentration of elements in sample is calculated as total mass of element divided by starting volume of liquid being analyzed. EFFECT: reduced error of analysis pertaining to size of particles of admixture of wear products. 2 dwg
