PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting metal for a hook member which is easily quickly and stably mountable and demountable to a male screw member mounted on a building or the like from a direction at right angles to a shaft of the male screw member. SOLUTION: In this fitting metal 1 for a hook member, female screw grooves 7, 8 are respectively formed on a pair of wing parts 3, 4 forming a hinge member 2, oppositely to each other along a spindle 5 of the hinge member 2, an insertion hole 9 is formed on a surface of one wing part 3, a corresponding bolt 11 is formed on the other wind part 4 so that it is inserted into the insertion hole 9, when both wing parts 3, 4 are closed, and the wing part 3 is provided with a hook ring 10. This mounting tool 1 has a butterfly nut 12 which is engaged with the bolt 11.
