PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable mounting on or dismounting from the main body of batter without having to use tools. SOLUTION: A battery holder 7 is formed by folding a metal plate. An opening 7-1c is provided on a standing face 7-1b of the holder proper 7-1. A latch pin 7-4 is mounted on a flange face 7-2. A battery 8 is placed inside the holder proper 7-1 through the opening 7-1c. The holder proper 7-1 and the battery 8, that partly projects therefrom, are located inside a storage space 9-1 of the unit proper 9, and tip of the latch pin 7-4 is pushed into a round hole 9-2 of the unit proper 9 in a state where flange faces 7-2 and 7-3 are pushed against the opining rim face of the storage space 9-1.
