PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dirt on a ceiling caused by static electricity of illuminating appliance hung from the ceiling in a room. SOLUTION: A plate body 1 which is thinner than the height of a ceiling rosette 10 projecting on a ceiling and rigid enough not to bend with its dead weight is provided with a window 2 through which the ceiling rosette can pass. The body with the ceiling rosette passed through the window is held and fixed between a holding member 12 provided on the ceiling rosette and a ceiling surface.
