PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce waveform distortion due to attenuation without requiring the improvement of a transmission line and the addition of a specific circuit or the like. SOLUTION: When the output impedance Zs of a driving circuit 1, the characteristic impedance Zs0 of a 1st transmission line 2 and the characteristic impedance 20 of 2nd transmission lines 3 to 6 are set up so as to satisfy Zs<Zs0<Z0, the waveform of an input to a receiving circuit 9 has an overshooting characteristic. When time corresponding to twice the propagation delay time of the 1st transmission line 2 having line length Ls is set up so as to be shorter than any of the rise time Tr and fall time Tf of a signal at the input of the receiving circuit 9, attenuation at the high frequency of the transmission line can be improved by the overshooting characteristic.
