POWER SPLITTER FOR OPTICAL NETWORK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power splitter in a series connection structure, especially the optical power splitter in a double fiber ring structure. SOLUTION: The network structure of this invention includes 1st set of N-sets of power splitting centers connected at one end to receive a power signal and connected at the other end to end points and in series. Each power splitting center has an output relating to a sub network and the output propagates part of the power signal to the sub network. Varying a power splitting coefficient of each power splitting center can vary part of power signals propagated to each sub network. This invention is especially explained in relation to a double fiber ring optical network.
