PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a vacuum heat-insulating container by simplifying its structure. SOLUTION: A heat-insulating panel 20 is provided on the inner wall of a container body 3 with pressure resistance so that the entire surface of the inner wall can be covered. In the heat-insulating panel 20, silica in fine particles is filled into an airtight bag-shaped casing, and the inside of the bag-shaped casing is evacuated. Inner space being surrounded by the heat-insulating panel 20 composes a heat-storing chamber a for storing the high-temperature cooling water of an internal combustion engine. |
