PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contrivance that warrants broadcasting of a CM for a minimum number of time at a specific interval that has been warranted for the sponsor of the CM even when the broadcasting of the CM is not so much in matching with the preference of users and a current status of time and place. SOLUTION: The broadcast program service system that serves a broadcast program to users under a reception state of the users whose reception state is changing, is provide with a broadcast program storage section that stores a plurality of broadcast programs each in cross-reference with the attribute of the broadcast program, data and time of the broadcast program that has been broadcast previously, a usually scheduled broadcast interval of the broadcast program, contents of the broadcast program and adaptability of the broadcast program. A broadcast program adaptability storage section stores the adaptability by each broadcast program by comparing a difference between the previously broadcast date and time and the current date and time with the value in a broadcast interval storage section, calculating a weight with a weight calculation method depending on the difference, and outputting a value weighted to an output of an attribute adaptability calculation section.
