PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform thermal storage operation utilizing midnight power and to perform cooling/heating operation in the daytime utilizing stored heat efficiently and rationally. SOLUTION: A carrying pump PM, a proportional three-way valve R3V, a heat source side heat exchanger HE1, and an indoor unit FCU are coupled sequentially, the outlet side c port of the proportional three-way valve R3V is coupled through bypass piping BPS with piping interconnecting a thermal storage tank STR and a constant flow valve CV, the other side of the thermal storage tank STR is coupled with piping interconnecting the outlet side of the heat source side heat exchanger HE1 and the inlet side of the indoor unit FCU, and the other side of the constant flow valve CV is coupled through a two-way valve VO with piping interconnecting the inlet side of the carrying pump PM and the outlet side of the indoor unit FCU. In such a utilization side cycle, opening control is performed in thermal storage mode such that the heat source side heat exchanger HE1 is 100% and the bypass piping BPS side is 0%, the two-way valve VO is opened, a utilization side two-way valve Vnai is closed, the carrying pump PM is operated and a heat source machine HP is operated to cooled or heat. |
