PURPOSE: A water coolant discharge device for manufacturing process of Styrofoam is provided to minimize amount of moisture absorbed into particles of Styrofoam by rapidly taking in revaporized steam and hot water to remove. CONSTITUTION: A discharge device includes a cylindrical water coolant tank(10); a first and a second vacuum auxiliary tanks(20a,20b); an injector; a discharged water intake pipe(40); and a cold water intake pipe(50) to discharge water coolant used to cool down product in Styrofoam manufacturing process using vacuum pressure. The water coolant tank is packed with cold water and has a drain pipe(12) and a mixed discharge pipe(13). The first and the second vacuum auxiliary tanks are placed in the water coolant tank to face each other, have multiple heat transfer fins on peripheries thereof and are fluidically connected with each other by a connecting pipe. The injector has a pair of injector intake nozzles(31) connected with the second vacuum auxiliary tank and an injector discharge nozzle connected with the intake nozzles by an orifice and with the mixed discharge pipe of the water coolant tank. The discharged water intake pipe connects the former with the first vacuum auxiliary tank to take in fresh vapor and cooling hot water generated in cooling process to the first and the second vacuum auxiliary tanks. The cold water intake pipe is branched from a cold water supply pump(55) into two branches one of which is connected with the water coolant tank and the other is connected with the injector so that cold water pumped by the cold water supply pump is supplied to the water coolant tank and sprayed to the injector.
