PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability at the time of manufacturing a hydraulic rotating machine different in capacity. SOLUTION: A contact surface positioned on a back surface side of a swash plate 13 is constituted of a first contact surface 13c to make contact with a first support surface 4A on the side of a casing and a second contact surface 13D to make contact with a second support surface 4B on the side of the casing with a position of a coupler 14 as a border, and these first and second contact surfaces 13C, 13D are formed in a protruded shape inclined against a smooth surface 13B of the swash plate 13. Accordingly, it is needless to manufacture plural kinds of casings hanging inclinations of the first and second support surfaces 4A, 4B at the time of manufacturing plural kinds of hydraulic rotating machines different in capacity from each other, and it is possible to improve workability by working the swash 13 light and easy to handle in comparison with this casing.
