PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lowering of reliability such as stoppage of compressor as abrased powder of a sliding part bites in the sliding part, etc. on the oscillating type compressor to be used for a refrigerating cycle, etc. SOLUTION: It is possible to discharge abrased powder collected in a recessed part 14a in a closed casing 1 at the time of suction by high pressure gas introduced at the time of compression, to prevent accumulation of abrased powder in a sliding part and to prevent lowering of reliability such as stoppage of a compressor as the recessed part 14a provided on the sliding part of a piston 14 is communicated to a high pressure chamber 7b of a cylinder head 7 at the time of compression and it is communicated to the inside (low pressure) of the closed casing 1 at the time of suction.
