PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, a printer, and information processing system, and information processing method and a storage medium capable of suppressing lowering of printing speed while holding the print quality of characters. SOLUTION: In an information processing terminal 1, a character information command (regulation information) and character code data for characters existing in the present raster are transmitted to the printer main body 2, images except the characters and only for the present raster are transmitted to the printer main body 2 as raster image data. Only raster skip is performed for the raster in which no image exists. In the printer main body 2, when the character information command and the character code are received, stored in a character buffer, and the raster image data is received, the character buffer is searched and dot image development of the characters required to be developed is performed on a print development buffer with the width of the transmitted raster.
