PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fast and stably perform the level control of a modulation signal in a burst wave state. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a 1st detector 12 detecting an output signal of a busting means, a 2nd detector 13 detecting the output signal of the bursting means faster than the 1st detector, an RF detector 7 detecting an output signal of a frequency converter, a comparator 16 comparing an output signal for the 1st detector through a level controlling means with an output signal of the RF detector, a sample-and-hold circuit 17 which samples and holds an output signal of the comparator, a 1st comparator 18 outputting a sampling hold start signal when the output signal of the 2nd detector falls below a threshold, a 2nd comparator 19 outputting a switching signal when the output signal of the 1st detector falls below the threshold, a switching device 20 that switches and outputs an output signal of the comparator at a normal time and a sample hold signal when the switching signal is outputted and a variable attenuator 4 that attenuates the output signal of the bursting means by the output signal of the switching device. |
