<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize miniaturization, to make light utilization efficiency high and to reduce the unevenness of brightness in an illumination optical device. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a light source 1, a concave mirror 2 arranged at the rear of the light source 1, a single optical path conversion lens 3 converting luminous flux in a light condensing direction emitted from an exit aperture part to nearly parallel beams, and a lens array part 5 constituted by arranging a plurality of small lenses 4 in an array state. By arranging the lens array part 5 on the emission side of the lens 3, the parallel beams are divided, a light source image is enlarged and an illumination area 10 is irradiated.</p> |
