PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the insulation between a coil being provided in a stator and a rotary shaft for improving safety even in the case of high-humidity atmosphere or the adhesion of water drops in an electric motor for driving equipment using water such as a washing machine. SOLUTION: A stator 21 having an outer enclosure 23 being formed by resin is made to face a magnet 25 of a rotor 22 fixed to a deceleration mechanism input shaft 19. In rotor 22, a magnet 25 is fixed to a rotor member 26 being fixed to the deceleration mechanism input shaft 19, and at least a surface 30 facing the stator 21 of the magnet 25 is covered with a resin member 28.
