PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active integrated antenna and an active integrated antenna array adopting a multi-layer structure consisting of integration of an antenna circuit and an active circuit that can especially suitably be applicable to a radio transmission power system that transmits power by radio to a desired place. SOLUTION: The active integrated antenna and active integrated antenna array is provided with an oscillation layer 700 that generates a carrier signal, a modulation layer 500 that modulates the carrier signal received from the oscillation layer 700, an amplifier layer 300 that amplifies the signal received from the modulation layer 500, and a radiation layer 100 that emits a signal received from the amplifier layer 300 as an electromagnetic wave and each layer adopts a layered structure.
