PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent gram display (variable density display) by display parameters such as density of picture elements from being displayed improperly, even when an integration time is changed in the case where a frequency spectral data is time-integratedly processed to carrying out the gram display (variable density display). SOLUTION: This device comprises the first statistic calculating part 30 for finding a mean value and a standard deviation which are statistics of the frequency spectral data S1, the second statistic calculating part 31 for finding a mean value an standard deviation which are statistics of a time-compressed frequency spectral data S2, and a level correction part 40 for correcting a level of the time-compressed frequency data S2 to make the mean value and the standard deviation of the time-compressed frequency spectral data S2 equivalent to the mean value and the standard deviation of the frequency spactral data S1.
