PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finder device capable of attaining the miniaturization of the device and contributing to the reduction of a manufacturing cost by providing a simply constituted means for guiding external light into the device without installing a lighting window. SOLUTION: As for the finder device with an objective optical system for forming an object image, a reversion optical system for making the object image formed by the objective optical system an erected normal image, and an eyepiece optical system for enlarging the object image and observing the enlarged object image, the finder device is provided with a transmissible reflection surface 56a arranged in the reversion optical system and a display means (display panel 42) for displaying the image formed by the objective optical system and visual field information in the superposed state so that the image can be observed through the eyepiece optical system through the transmissible reflection surface, and the display means is provided with a lighting part for taking natural light into the device, a display part for displaying the visual field information with the natural light taken by the lighting part, and a light guiding part for guiding the luminous flux taken by the lighting part to the display part, and the lighting part, the display part and the light guiding part are formed into one body.
