PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection type liquid crystal display device improved in luminance and high in performance in which the light from a front light is efficiently made to enter a liquid crystal display panel. SOLUTION: In the reflection type liquid crystal display device 15, a front light 16 is disposed on a reflection type liquid crystal display panel 8. Moreover, a light source chip 33 is disposed near the corner of a light guide plate 32, and grooves 34 in a curved state are formed around the light source chip on the outer face of the light guide plate 32. |
