A non-aqueous composition comprising a safe and effective amount of an active compound and an oily component for obtaining a liquid active solution. The active component has formula (I) wherein R<1> and R<2> are independently selected form saturated, straight or branched alkyl group of from 1 to about 10 carbons. The oily component for obtaining a liquid active solution, has less than 50 DEG C of melting point.
