The invention relates to a PIN diode circuit arrangement, especially for the transmitting step of a mobile radiotelephone. A PIN diode is separated from the current supply thereof by means of a high ohmic switch (S) and when in a blocked state. The self-rectification of said diode results in a pretensioning of said diode to a high-frequency voltage for suppressing the formation of harmonic waves and for damping high-frequency.
