The proposed mold (10) for making manholes, especially bottom parts of drainage shafts being provided with at least two sleeve inserts (16) consists of a cylindrical casing (12) with two adapters of the sleeve inserts (16). In the cylindrical casing (12) there is inserted a cylindrical core (14), one end side of which has a corresponding template (34, 60, 74, 98) matching the shape of the channel in the base of the drainage shaft and having outward protruding projections (50, 62, 76) with outer surfaces matching the wall of the channel at the bottom of the shaft. The projection (50) has a first part (100) leading at its base into the surfaces for the gradient of the base of the shaft and a second curved saddle-shaped part (102) matching the gradient of the channel base and being detachably joined to the first part (100).
