The proposed arrangement is formed by two fiber organizers (21) that are placed by their inner sides side-by-side, whereby through holes (12) of the organizers (21) follow up with each other and form a single passage. Each fiber organizer (21) has at least two inlet ports (8, 9), at least two outlet ports (10. 11) and at least two optical fiber (2) conductors (13, 14), and is substantially symmetrical to a plane extending between the two optical fiber (2) conductors (13, 14) (2), whereby the optical fiber (2) conductors (13, 14) of each fiber organizer (21) comprise at least one hollow drum with a hole (15) in it wall for passage of the optical fiber (2) free end inside the drum where is forms a loop with minimum bend radius, which is however greater than the optical fiber (2) critical bend.
