This is a video recording surveillance device inside an airplane, such as in the cockpit, passenger area, washroom, etc.; this is by video-audio recording the scenes and saved over a period of, say, last 30 minutes, on a continuous (say, in a "loop" tape recording) basis. This is for forensi c use only, all recording being appropriately confidential, and to be used under strict rules and regulation s as legally permitted. If not used for the purpose, all such recordings are to be erased after a certain period , say, 366 days. For the ease of retrieval, say from an ocean bed, an automatically inflating (after a certain period) balloon (like, say, automobile air-bag) may bring the recording instrument to the surface of the water. This device may emit light, sound, smoke, electronic etc. signals for ease of spotting.< /SDOAB>
