FIBER FABRICS WITH GIGGED DESIGN AND METHOD FOR PREPARATION THEREOF

PURPOSE: A process for preparing fiber fabrics having a desired pattern by partially gigging the surface of fiber fabrics is provided, thereby fiber fabrics is produced which is capable of imparting thermo-keeping property, elasticity, softness and aesthetics. CONSTITUTION: This process comprises the steps of: forming a pattern by using a print sizing agent or synthetic resin in a printing machine to form a desired pattern on the surface of fiber fabrics; drying fiber fabrics formed with the pattern; and gigging by coming into contact with the fiber fabrics surface using a plurality of rollers coated with a sand paper with a mesh size of 180 to 500.
