PURPOSE: A clip for fixing is provided which fixes a clip against binding materials to prevent loss and make combination or elimination done simply and also keeps one edge of the binding materials formed inwardly so that it improves external appearance. CONSTITUTION: The clip for fixing comprises the parts of: a boss(58) which contains several steps of step gap part(60,62,64); a guide member(66) wherein a block part(68), a first concave part(70), a hanging part(72) and a second concave part(74) are orderly placed; and a binding member(76) which contains a flange(78) to prevent the binding material from being moved, a penetration hole(80) to make the guide member movable, multiple holders(82) to include a suspension projection(84) for hanging step gaps and multiple rims(86) to include a suspension projection(88) for hanging the first concave part, the hanging part and the second concave part.
