PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for granulating foaming resin material such as foaming styrene or other foaming resin material, as a raw material, that is suitable as a material for the in-situ construction or for the precasting in order obtain the construction structures for a variety of civil engineering and construction and their needed members and provide an apparatus therefor and the resultant foaming resin granules. SOLUTION: The foaming resin granules crushed into a prescribed particle size are fed to between a pair of members opposing to each other where at least one rotates to fuse the surfaces of the foaming resin granules with the heat between the rotary member and the other member. At the same time, a hydrophilic powdery material is covered thereon, then the foaming resin granules and the hydrophilic powdery material are fractionated. |
