PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method for thermoplastic resin extrusion molding, with which a shaped molding can be efficiently cooled irrespective of the change of its outward shape due to the shrinkage of a thermoplastic resin by cooling and a molding speed is remarkably improved in the continuous extrusion molding of the thermoplastic resin. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the thermoplastic resin, in which the thermoplastic resin is melt-extruded and then shaped with a forming die device and finally passed through a cooling device, the cooling device consists of a plurality of cooling parts arranged in regular order towards the passing direction of the molding. The molding is cooled by the inner wall surface of the cooling device under the state that the outward shape of the molding is controlled at the first cooling part. At the cooling parts on and after the second cooling part, cooling is executed under the state that a refrigerant is present between the molding and the inner wall of the cooling device.
