DISINTEGRATION AND SEPARATION APPARATUS FOR WASTE

PURPOSE: A disintegration and separation apparatus for a waste tire is provided to reduce the number of times of cutting to realize the enhancement of cutting work efficiency and the saving of labor. CONSTITUTION: A pair of rotary disintegration cutters(9, 12) rotatable on the side opposed centering around a rotary shaft(9a) are arranged in a main body case(6) having an upper charging opening(7) and a lower discharge opening(8). The both rotary disintegration cutters have separating and disintegration blades(9b, 12b) provided on the rotary shafts thereof so as to leave an interval in an axial direction. The edge parts of the separating and disintegration blades of the rotary disintegration cutter(12) are positioned between the edge parts of the separating and disintegration blades of one rotary disintegration cutter(9) so that both separating and disintegration blades are mutually meshed. Blades and grooves are formed to the opposed side surfaces of the edge parts of both separating and disintegration blades so that one end parts thereof on the side of the rotary direction of the separating and disintegration blades are opened and the other end parts thereof are closed.
